Messi leaves Barcelona!

Lionel Messi, the captain of the Argentine national football team, is about to leave Barcelona. Barcelona announced in an official statement on Thursday night that Messi would leave the country.

Although Messi's contract with Barcelona has expired, he was expected to sign a new contract with the club before the new season. Both Barcelona and Messi agreed on a new deal. However, according to La Liga rules, the contract could not be successful, Barcelona said.

"Football clubs Barcelona and Lionel Messi agreed today to sign a new contract, but it was not possible due to financial and structural hurdles (Spanish La Liga rules)," the statement said.

Barcelona have thanked Messi for his contribution to the club and wished him well in the future.

After a long workout, an agreement was reached between the two sides. However, Messi had to leave the club after other players in Barcelona refused to reduce their salaries and the transfer market failed to make the expected decision. The Corona epidemic has added to the financial woes of Barcelona.

Earlier, Messi and the club agreed to a five-year deal. Messi, 34, was offered a new contract to cut his salary by 50 per cent.

Messi arrived in Barcelona on Thursday after a holiday after winning the Copa America. Although Barcelona planned to sign a detailed deal with him, the league's financial and structural constraints prevented it from succeeding.

There is talk of Messi moving to French club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) or Premier League club Manchester City soon after his trip to Barcelona. PSG has already offered Messi.

City also offered Gabriel Jesus, Bernardo Silva and Eric Garcia and। 89.5 million to sign Messi a season earlier.w

However, Barcelona had set Messi's release clause at 700 million euros. Despite paying 700 million euros, Messi would not have been able to leave the club without Barcelona's permission. So he was forced to stay in Barcelona for one season.

I Went to School for 18 Years... and Got Pranked by Life!

Hey, I'm Shishir. I'm from Nepal, and now I'm living in Perth, Australia. And here's something I've been thinking about: I spent 18 years of my life going to school. Yeah, 18. I'm 20 now, and honestly? I'm still trying to figure out if it was all... worth it.  It felt like a full-time job. 10 to 4, every day. Backpack stuffed with textbooks, notebooks spilling out, sometimes even an extra bag. Then home, the real work started: homework, test prep, the constant pressure to get better grades. I was convinced that if I worked hard enough, I'd unlock some secret to success. That was the routine until Grade 10. Then came the big decisions: Morning classes or day classes? (Day classes, obviously. Who wants to freeze in the winter?) And then the even bigger ones: Science, commerce, arts, law? What college? I ended up at a pricey college in Kathmandu, because a relative went there. Looking back, I think, "Why didn't I just go somewhere more affordable...
