Nepal’s Supreme Court restored the disbanded House of Representatives for the  second time in five months, calling  on president  Vidya Devi Bhandari to appoint Sher Bahadur Deuba as Prime Minister of Nepal Within two days. 
The five-member Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court also decided on Monday to appoint Shera Bahadur Deuba, the chairman of the Nepal Parliament, as prime minister for two days.
 The trial led by Chief Justice Holendra Shumsher Rana concluded the hearing last week. The other four senior justices of the peace, Deepak Kumar Karki (Deepak Kumar , Mira Hadki, Ishwar Prasad Khativada and Dr. Ananda Mohan Bhativada Court.

The court has ordered the president to appoint Prime Minister as Deuba at 5 pm on Tuesday and convene the House of Representatives at 5 pm on July 18.

A writ petition was filed in the Supreme Court along with Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba and 146 lawmakers demanding the restoration of the House of Representatives. They had gone to the court with a joint demand to make Deuba the prime minister. The court had set a time limit of one week for the hearing of the case.
