How to reduce weight without by eating without exercise

How to reduce weight without by eating without exercise

Obesity is on the rise. Doctors say, ‘Obesity causes many diseases.’ How to reduce obesity?

For this, some are going to the gym, some are running, some are cutting down on food. Exercise helps in the proper development of the body. Keeps the body flexible, agile and healthy. So, food cuts?

A sudden reduction in the amount of regular food may not be enough for the body. Because most of the nutrients our body gets from food. When we stop eating in an obesity-reducing cycle, we begin to lack nutrients.

Nowadays, however, many people are giving up food to control obesity. There is a widespread belief in society that weight control can be achieved by cutting down on food.

However, to control obesity, it is important not to give up food, but to pay attention to food choices. It is said that body weight can be kept in balance even after eating a full meal.

It has a condition.

Similarly, food should be eaten, which the body demands. If you start eating what your mind and mouth want, your body will not be able to support you. No matter what the mind asks for, no matter what. While eating, think, this is for my body.

If the food is for the body, it will not make any difference even if it is eaten in full.

Food should be healthy and nutritious. There should be a balance of vegetables, nuts, broth, etc. We need to increase the amount of salad on our plate. Salad of cucumber, radish, carrot, beetroot, banda etc. should be made according to the season.

Similarly, boiled potatoes, eggs, etc. can be eaten by making a salad. Better a poor horse than no horse at all. No matter how much you eat such food, there is no fear of obesity.

You should eat salad every morning for breakfast. You don't feel hungry after eating a full salad. When there is no feeling of hunger, there is no shortage of food in the market, packaged food, etc.

In the village, cattle eat salad, in the city, we fill our stomachs with junk food. In the village, cucumber, persimmon, iskus and vegetables are given to cows. Here, the citizens eat salad garnished from time to time. You can't just eat when you're in the mood. Eat regularly.

It is important to pay attention to nutrients while consuming food. If you know which nutrients are found in which food, you can adjust the food accordingly. In this way, if the body mixes the necessary nutrients and eats food, excess fat does not accumulate in the body. Obesity does not increase after fat accumulation.

You should drink more beverages than solid foods. Let's drink juice, sarvat, curd, mohi, lassi, water. Fresh juice is more suitable than ready-made juice available in the market. You can drink lemon water at home.

Food should be eaten slowly, without haste, with pleasure. Do not sit on an empty stomach for a long time and do not eat a lot of food at once. It is better to eat slowly but often. If the balance and style of food is to be adjusted, the body weight can be kept balanced even after eating a full meal.

I Went to School for 18 Years... and Got Pranked by Life!

Hey, I'm Shishir. I'm from Nepal, and now I'm living in Perth, Australia. And here's something I've been thinking about: I spent 18 years of my life going to school. Yeah, 18. I'm 20 now, and honestly? I'm still trying to figure out if it was all... worth it.  It felt like a full-time job. 10 to 4, every day. Backpack stuffed with textbooks, notebooks spilling out, sometimes even an extra bag. Then home, the real work started: homework, test prep, the constant pressure to get better grades. I was convinced that if I worked hard enough, I'd unlock some secret to success. That was the routine until Grade 10. Then came the big decisions: Morning classes or day classes? (Day classes, obviously. Who wants to freeze in the winter?) And then the even bigger ones: Science, commerce, arts, law? What college? I ended up at a pricey college in Kathmandu, because a relative went there. Looking back, I think, "Why didn't I just go somewhere more affordable...
