1. Bhujangasana


Bhujangasana strengthens our back and makes our spine flexible. It strengthens our digestive and reproductive systems. Regular practice of this asana makes the body shapely and helps in proper increase in height.


2. Paschimottasana


It works effectively to make the spine and bones flexible. In addition, by practicing this asana, a person's height also increases very easily.


4. Vrikshasana


Tree sitting stabilizes your mind and body through stretching. This posture strengthens your joints and bones. As the height increases, the bone structure of the body changes rapidly. This posture also helps them to heal.


Apart from this, it also helps to stretch the hips and chest. It frees up the movement of your shoulders and also helps in hand tone.


5. Trikonasana


Like many other asanas, this asana also has a mixture of many things. It helps to develop strength and stability in your legs
