TikTok is mainly known as a short video sharing application and social media platform that people mainly use for entertainment. The app has just released a new feature that makes it more than just an entertainment platform. In fact, it can help you find a job.

TikTok is your ticket, because the new resume is released today in the United States, allowing people to use TikTok snippets to post a personalized view of the profession. As you can see here, TikTok hopes to enter the registration area through another special form of employment measure, which attempts to connect TikTok customers with job vacancies through the application. As TikTok explains: "TikTok Resume is a test case program designed to further develop and improve TikTok as another recruitment and career placement station. We cooperate with selected organizations and welcome job applicants for promotion. The development work continues to work with some of the most popular bosses in the world, including Chipotle, Target, WWE, Alo Yoga, Shopify, Contra, Movers + Shakers, etc., and provides videos from TikTok.

TikTok also works with brands that choose to use TikTok's resume as part of their onboarding process. The job fair lasted until July 31, and more than 30 companies have signed up to collect resumes. Accept TikTok's resume during the recruitment process.

I Went to School for 18 Years... and Got Pranked by Life!

Hey, I'm Shishir. I'm from Nepal, and now I'm living in Perth, Australia. And here's something I've been thinking about: I spent 18 years of my life going to school. Yeah, 18. I'm 20 now, and honestly? I'm still trying to figure out if it was all... worth it.  It felt like a full-time job. 10 to 4, every day. Backpack stuffed with textbooks, notebooks spilling out, sometimes even an extra bag. Then home, the real work started: homework, test prep, the constant pressure to get better grades. I was convinced that if I worked hard enough, I'd unlock some secret to success. That was the routine until Grade 10. Then came the big decisions: Morning classes or day classes? (Day classes, obviously. Who wants to freeze in the winter?) And then the even bigger ones: Science, commerce, arts, law? What college? I ended up at a pricey college in Kathmandu, because a relative went there. Looking back, I think, "Why didn't I just go somewhere more affordable...
