New South Wales (NSW) police have discovered two bodies believed to be those of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies, allegedly killed by serving officer Beau Lamarre-Condon.

Lamarre-Condon, a senior constable, faces two counts of murder and remains in custody after being denied bail. Investigators continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths and Lamarre-Condon's alleged actions.

Bodies Found After Search

NSW Police Assistant Commissioner Michael Fitzgerald revealed on Wednesday that Lamarre-Condon allegedly moved the bodies after failing to dispose of them at an initial location. Lamarre-Condon reportedly provided a sketch of the final location to police, leading to the discovery of the bodies on Tuesday.

Extensive Investigation Underway

NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb confirmed extensive ongoing investigations at the scene in Bungonia, which could take "many days or even weeks." The investigation also encompasses the initial crime scene and broader Sydney area.

Webb stated that police are interviewing new witnesses and following up on Crime Stoppers information. The remains have been transported to a morgue in Lidcombe for post-mortem examinations.
