How to get all the traffic You can use

The best traffic-generation ideas combine the better sources of free traffic with some paid advertising. I propose three methods that will boost your traffic. If you remain dedicated to these three methods of advertising, you will get all the traffic you need. 1. Writing and distributing articles This is my favourite way of driving traffic to my sites. Articles have the ability to become viral, and that can be a huge plus for you, and a great reason to write articles. Focus on creating a 300 word article related to the theme of your site or business. Include a resource box at the end of your article that features a link back to your site. Then, distribute your article to article distribution sites (like EzineArticles.com) and email groups (like http://groups.yahoo.com/group/business_articles). You will see traffic from this method. 2. Contributing to forums The key word here is “contributing.” Recently, too many good forums have been besieged by “marketers” posting ads. This is co...

Seven Tips For A Long And Healthy Life

Seven Tips For A Long And Healthy Life As good as modern medical technology is, it can never save you from the problems caused by a life style that is unhealthy. Instead of getting a modern medical fix for every problem, it is far better to live in such a way that you will hardly ever fall ill. An ounce of prevention is certainly better than a pound of cure. Here are seven tips on how to live a long and healthy life. In addition, the same life style that helps you to avoid illness also helps you to lose weight. 1. Get Enough Exercise In the past people had to use their physical bodies in the course of their normal work. But today someone may get up, go to work in a car, then sit down, get up to go home in the car and when arriving at home, sit down again for the rest of the day. In such a life there is no physical labor. This physical inactivity is one of the main reasons for a host of diseases. Sport, running. walking and other things must be added to our life if our normal work ...

The Importance Of Commiting To Your Goals

The Importance Of Commiting To Your Goals How often do you see people who have succumbed to their current, sometimes ill-perceived, circumstances? In extreme cases perhaps these people drink too much or take some other “home remedy” to self-medicate their feelings of inadequacy and/or hopelessness. On a more conservative level, they may simply complain about being treated unfairly and/or feel deserving of something they think they’ve either earned or are entitled to. When setting goals for future success, it’s imperative that you begin the process with a clear healthy mindset. One that empowers you with the realization that you, and you alone, possess the ultimate tool to improve your situation – Freedom of Choice is this tool. No doubt you’ve heard others speak about the power of choice. The fact remains that in virtually all scenarios, each of us has the personal freedom to choose how we will respond to any given situation. Those who choose NOT to choose will remain a self-impos...

Life After Cancer Treatment Tips From A Survivor

Life after Cancer Treatment Cancer sucks. When I was 4 years old, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. The experts said she had less than a year. I remember being on the street, crying, on the roof of my dad’s car, screaming ‘MOM!!!!!’ to the hospital, while she waived at us from a window way up. My mom had 6 sisters, 3 died of cancer. She also had 7 brothers. One of them died of cancer. She’s been to more operations and treatments than anyone I know. Her breasts were amputated, as well as her ovaries and uterus. She also had something about her colon and one simple cosmetic thing on her face. (The latter had beauty purposes) Right now, as I write this, I’m 22 and very happy to announce that my mom is still alive and kicking. Awesome isn’t? Here’s what she says to me all the time: ‘I didn’t care what the doctors said…I had to see you grow up’. You’d be surprised if y...
